Bran Muffins
Sift together:
1 c. Paul's Grains' Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder

Add:
1 c. Paul's Grains' Wheat Bran

In mixing bowl combine:
2 beaten eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. honey (can be part sorghum if you wish)
1 c. milk

Stir in the dry ingredients just until moistened. Add:
1/2 c. nutmeats

Bake in greased muffin pans at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

Note:
This can be doubled and put into a long cake pan. Also a few mulberries or blueberres can be sprinkled on top before baking.
